A new to farming family is looking for a minimum of 15 quiet acres.

We are looking for a minimum of 15 acres to purchase and build our new farmhouse. Future plans include some livestock, hay, large gardens for cut flowers and produce. We are also looking into the possibility of turning this into a working retreat for folks who are looking to unplug from their current lives. However, those plans are still in the developmental stage as the property would be our home first. Road frontage would be great, but we are also looking for the ability to be a little secluded from any noise. Accessibility to electricity and the internet would be needed, along with the presumption of having to drill a well and install a septic system. My main job is in Portland and would prefer easy highway access, but I am also open to further distances for that picture-perfect location.
